2lbs lost yesterday. Went down from 142lb to 140lbs! This is the first time I've ever seen numbers on the scale go down! I only ever concentrate on measuring tape measurements so this was something new!

Yesterrday I had friends over. I ate like a pig. I was so sure I'd gain the weight back but inside I lost another pound! I didn't see the point in taking a picture because it's only a pound, but still, I just entered the 130lbs!
